About ExplorerNotes.net

Explorer Notes are collectible items spread across all of the story maps in ARK: Survival Evolved. The notes can be found on The Island, Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction, Genesis: Part 1 and Genesis: Part 2. There are also Runes which can be found on Fjordur – these aren’t part of the same collection as the Explorer Notes but have been recorded on this website too.

There are over 1,200 Explorer Notes in total across the ARKs. This website was set up not only to help players locate all of the Explorer Notes, Dossiers, Glitches and collectibles, but also to help server admins. There are a number of websites that already show the co-ordinates of Explorer Notes, however none showed a full list of note IDs. With these IDs, players with admin permissions/cheats enabled can enter a command to unlock a specific Explorer Note as opposed to every note with the cheat GiveAllExplorerNotes command. You can find these commands in every Explorer Note location list on this website. There is also a full note list in ID order.
